History

Born the daughter of a Dreadlord and an Aes Sedai, Cara has lived her young life within the Tower. As the daughter of an Aes Sedai, the gift to channel Saidar was expected, or at least hoped for, by the inhabitants of the Tower. At the age of thirteen, Tania herself began teaching her daughter how to tap Saidar, to embrace the female side of the One Power. Strong in Fire and little else, Cara easily accepted the fact that she’d been forged by the Pattern for battle. She would frequently watch and practice in the Warder’s Yards at a young age, learning how to use her fists and feet to fight, in case her mediocre skills in the Power should fail her. Offensive in nature, she’s learned her mother’s style of combining the hand styles of fighting with the use of Saidar.

Believing her father a merchant, one usually away on business, Cara’s personality has developed around her mother. Tania’s constant love and kindness has caused Cara to be somewhat withdrawn and quiet, yet brave and headstrong. Not a socialite, she has a good amount of common sense, as well as book learning thanks to her parent’s teachings. Her usual choice of attire includes breeches, men’s buttoned shirts, and sturdy shoes. She hasn’t worn a dress since she was twelve, but can should she need to. Because of the details around her birth, the Tower is very interested to see what path she will choose. Her mother has already taught her the fundamentals for channeling, as well as how to handle herself should the need arise.
